Creator of the project who, with passion, has wanted this place, giving shape to a dream that comes from afar and which stems from the desire to look beyond the success of ‘Il Gabbiano’. A soul eager to always do better and motivated in every choice by his family, a constant source of love and inspiration.
Antonella
True right-hand man, the understanding of a lifetime, but also an accomplice in the work as event designer. She is in charge of the overall design and identity of the venue; with her experience she guides the team and instils confidence in all those involved in running the business. She will continue her work at Dimora dei Lari, advising the bride and groom and designing the event with profound knowledge and passion.
Tony
Hospitality, dedication to work and a desire to get things done are just some of the values that set him apart. Values passed on from an early age by his parents who are as passionate and close-knit in life as they are in work. Always keeping up to date, he has a 360° vision of the establishment, dedicating himself to both customers and everything to do with food and suppliers.
Lisa
Guest relations with clients, follows in her mother’s footsteps by guiding and advising the bride and groom on their most beautiful day. Lisa provides support and assistance in taking care of the event, managing and responding to every need, question and request.
Fabio
26 years old, very young and with a starred training at Bottura’s, is now more determined than ever to follow in his family’s footsteps with passion and deep dedication.
The project is designed to offer experiences that are meticulous in every detail and ready to convey strong emotions. For this we rely on professionals in the sector who will know how to satisfy your every need so that everything is perfect.
Executive Chef – Salvatore Sabatino
With a long experience in Capri spent at the Quisisana and various experiences at the Calandre of the Alajmo brothers, and as Sous Chef at the Hotel Cristallo in Cortina, Executive Chef Salvatore Sabatino has made his passion his profession, all with a great thirst for knowledge, commitment and above all humility that still distinguishes him today.
This is the fil rouge that he has maintained over the years, devising a cuisine that is innovative but strongly respectful of tradition and the excellent raw materials that our entire territory offers, seeking to exalt simple or lesser ingredients to the utmost.
Chef – Marcello Sabatino
With experience spent at the Quisisana in Capri, the Romeo Hotel in Naples and Gualtiero Marchesi’s Hostaria dell’Orso, Chef Marcello Sabatino’s goal is to transmit all the love that has driven him to choose the world of cooking and food in general since he was a child.
His is a cuisine that respects ingredients and traditions, giving importance to every single element within the dish, adapting it to his contemporary vision.
